- Cheese of your choice to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Cut the zucchini in half and with a spoon remove the seeds.
- Place in a shape and drizzle with olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- For the stuffing, sauté the onion, tomato and peppers until they are very soft.
- Add the minced meat and saute it well.
- It's time to season, put salt and seasonings to taste, paprika and tomato sauce, cook until you get a thick sauce, finish with green smell
