- Pork belly 🐷 very meaty or ground beef200 g

- Garlic and tomato 🍅 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese (optional) to taste
- Boil the eggplant, not leaving it too long so it doesn't crack. Boiled, drain and let cool slightly.
- If you use pork belly, chop and fry, but if it's ground beef, sauté it with garlic, onion and tomato 🍅
- Fry the bacon. add it with the meat or belly, the cheese, the bacon 🥓 the parsley and the pasta that you will take out of the eggplant
- Make a hole in the eggplant removing some of the dough and join it with the meats.
- Stuff the eggplant with the mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. 10 min in the preheated oven just to melt the cheese and it's ready. Serve with that wonderful rice!😋🍚💕
