- Beat the eggs with a fork and add a pinch of salt. and stir well
- Chop the ham and cheese. Add the eggs, add the oregano and parsley and mix well and set aside.
- In a frying pan that doesn't stick, put a thread of oil and let it heat up, spread that oil in the frying pan and as soon as it's very hot add the omelet.
- Let it fry well on one side and then turn and fry on the other side. Then and only serve
