- Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 cup
- Olive to taste
- Pot of cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- grated mozzarella to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180º for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
- In a bowl mix the chicken, olives, cottage cheese and salt to taste.
- After the potatoes are cooked, open with a spoon forming a cavity. You can make another recipe with the brains removed from the potatoes, no waste, lol
- Put the stuffing on the potatoes and on top add mozzarella, parmesan and parsley.
- Bake again until gratitude.
