- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Pepperoni sausage1 to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Cut the potatoes so that they make an opening to put the bacon strips in, without them breaking.
- Carefully place the bacon strips in each opening.
- Transfer the potatoes with the bacon strips to a piece of foil individually, they will be wrapped in that foil.
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180°
- Drizzle oil in each one. Individually wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place in the oven. Let them bake for 50 minutes at medium temperature.
- After 50 min check if they are soft. It can happen that they leave (normal) if it happens. If they are soft, time to remove the paper and serve as you wish.
- You can fry pepperoni sausage to throw on top along with the grated cheese and take it to au gratin if you want. If you want to use cottage cheese when serving, that's also delicious!
