- Oregano1 to taste
- Wash the peeled potatoes well and put them in boiling salted water.
- Take it to the fire. Don't let it cook too long so it doesn't burst when filling, that is, as soon as the water boils, don't leave it on the fire for more than 10 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté onion, garlic and chopped pepperoni with olive oil. Remove excess fat. Add the mozzarella and oregano. Leave it reserved.
- Take the potatoes and make a cut at the top with them in a horizontal position, and remove the little pulp, so as to make a hole to put the stuffing.
- Take it to the oven, preheated for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted and golden, then just serve!
