- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Milk4 tablespoon
- Sanitize the potatoes very well, dry them and place them in a bag like these for fruits, meats, tie the end and make some holes in the packaging, microwave for 20 minutes and set aside.
- Pass the pepperoni through the multi processor and book. In a pan heat the oil and add the onion and garlic until golden, add the tomato and the pepperoni, let it cook and add the green smell.
- Make a cut in the middle of the potato (Do not reach the end, be careful) remove a part of the pulp and make a puree. Mashed potatoes, salt and 4 tablespoons of milk.
- Put some stuffing, puree and cheese, stuffing and finish with cheese.
- Take it to the airfryer for 10 minutes!! Serve with white rice and a green salad, it's perfect!
