- Medium/Large Potatoes1 unit(s)
- Chicken breast (I used leftover roast chicken)50 g
- Mozzarella20 g
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Butter1/2 dessert spoon
- Sour cream1 tablespoon
- Wash the potato well and poke holes in it with a fork.
- Wrap the potato in a paper towel or damp cloth and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter and add the minced or shredded chicken. Season with salt and sweet paprika. Add sour cream and half the cheese. Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Make a rectangular cut in the center of the potato and remove some of the potato core.
- Stuff the potato with the chicken, cover with cottage cheese and mozzarella. Spread oregano and water with 1 strand of olive oil.
- Take it in the airfryer for 5 minutes, until golden!
