- Bacon200 g
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Chopped ham200 g
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise and cook with salt until tender.
- Hold the potatoes while they are still warm with a tea towel so you don't burn your hands.
- Dig and remove some of the pulp, it will look like a boat.
- Reserve the pulp.
- Place the already “dug” potatoes on a baking sheet. Fry the bacon until very crispy, mix the bacon with the potato pulp, the curd, the mozzarella, the ham and the green smell.
- Stuff the potatoes and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
