- Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Bacon to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Ham200 g
- Cook the potatoes with the salt
- Cut them in half horizontally and remove the pulp leaving a cavity.
- In a container, mix the pulp, the already fried bacon, the mozzarella and the ham cut into squares, the cottage cheese and the cream. Mix well.
- In a form, place the potatoes and distribute the prepared mixture.
- Bake at 230°C for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted.
