Stuffed Potatoes with Pepperoni and Bacon

- Pepperoni sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Chopped Bacon100 g
- I started this recipe by steaming 4 large potatoes, I waited to cool down and with a very sharp knife I cut horizontally in the middle without reaching the edges and not too deep into the potato so as not to break them, I gently pressed the sides to open
- I removed as much of the potato pulp as I could and reserved it in a refractory where I added 1/2 slice of calabrese sausage that I chopped and fried without oil, 1/2 chopped onion, salt to taste and 2 full tablespoons of cream cheese (if you need more add it little by little)
- I drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, fried bacon and sprinkled it on top and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and serve (you can do it in the #airfryer also at the same temperature ok) 😉
