- Pepperoni Sausage30 g
- Onion1/4 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Green Smell10 g
- Azente to taste
- Wash the Shitakes. Then cut the stems and remove some of the mushroom pulp.
- On medium heat, place the pepperoni sausage chopped into small cubes in a pan and the small cubes chopped into slices. Brown for 2 minutes and then add the diced onion and crushed garlic to brown a little.
- Place the Shitakes in a mold and then place the stuffing and then place the grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Take to bake for 20 minutes. Before serving, add the Cheiro verde.
