- Gorgonzola50 g
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Parmesan to taste
- Make holes with a fork in the already cooked potato, and then make a cut lengthwise and remove some of the potato core.
- For the filling, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the cream, the gorgonzola cheese, wait for it to melt, adjust the salt and then stuff the potato.
- Top with plenty of parmesan and bake for another 20 minutes.
- This stuffing is just an option, you can stuff it with chicken, ground beef, it's up to you
