- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated cheese100 g
- Cut the tomatoes into a hole
- Mix the ricotta with the curd, season well and stuff the tomato with this mixture.
- Season more with salt and black pepper finish with the grated cheese and take it to the oven to bake until the cheese is melted
- Serve with salad leaves
