- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Remove the lid and seed from the tomatoes.
- Mix together the ricotta, parsley, salt and oil to taste and black pepper.
- stuff the tomatoes
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano on top
- In a mold, place the tomatoes with a little oil on the base so as not to burn and on top of the tomatoes as well.
- Take it to the oven at 190° for about 30 minutes and serve ready
