- Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Chopped pepperoni sausage200 g
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice (melt)100 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Wash the zucchini under running water and separate it into two parts (lengthwise)
- Then remove the seeds with a spoon so that you can fill
- Put the two parts in a shape and add a drizzle of olive oil and salt to taste.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the garlic, onion and sausage and set aside.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, the seasonings and the sausage that were reserved, followed by more cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted.
- Finish with chopped pepper to taste.
