  • Green garlic stalk3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • Pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • grated cheese to taste
  1. Wash and cut the zucchinis lengthwise.
  2. With a spoon, cut the tender part of the zucchini. Place the sliced zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the eggs and add the soft part of the zucchini, which we cut into small pieces.
  4. We also cut the garlic into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the eggs and zucchini.
  5. Crush the feta cheese and add it to the bowl. Add the oil and season with black pepper, paprika and dill.
  6. Mix well and stuff the carved zucchini with the resulting mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes.
