- Tomato3 kg
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Olive oil glass1 cup
- Chimichurry100 g
- Crushed garlic3 tablespoon
- Cut the tomato in half, remove the pulp and set aside. With her I make homemade tomato sauce
- Make a mixture of salt and sugar and pass it inside each tomato half. Place them on a colander face down and let them drain for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the basket from the Air Fryer and place it on the bottom. Start 30 minutes at 200 degrees
- Stir and put another 30 min at 180. stir whenever the time is up so it doesn't burn.
- There will be 3 periods of 30 minutes in total. Lastly, add the Chimichurry and garlic. Let it cool and place it in a glass with olive oil until it covers all the tomato.
- Every time you use it, add the oil. keep in refrigerator
