- Slice the cucumber into thin slices Add the salt and let it dehydrate for 30 minutes. Put the vinegar and sugar in a pan, let it boil for 3 minutes, wait for it to cool. Wash the cucumber after 30 minutes and let the water drain well.
- Place the cucumber in a glass. I used a glass of palm heart, the size is ideal for the amount of cucumber. And add the vinegar with sugar that we let cool. Place until the cucumber is covered. Cover the glass well. Place in the fridge for 12 hours. Only open after this period. Store in the fridge. It lasts an average of 15 days with the same texture.
