- Clean beef ribs500 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Green smell to taste
- In a light pan to seal the rib, when it is well sealed, season with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Then add the grated carrot, the coarsely chopped onion and the chopped tomato.
- Add the scalded cassava and top it off with water or meat broth.
- Put it on the pressure and let it cook until the meat is tender.
- Finish with green smell, adjust the seasonings and serve
