- Pineapple Pearl Slices04 unit(s)

- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Optional Raisins2 tablespoon
- Cassava flour300 g
- Shallow turmeric1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cut the bacon, sausage, onion, carrot, pineapple into cubes. Chop the green smell. Heat a very hot pan and add the bacon, let it fry well, until dry, fry the sausage, add the butter and onion, then add the carrot, always stirring. Add the pineapple then the raisins. Stir a little more and turn off, transfer to another bowl all the ingredients including the oily part. Put the flour in the pan and return to the heat to “bake”, stirring occasionally, do not leave it untouched for too long. Until it gets crispy.
