- Powdered milk1 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Biological Yeast2 tablespoon
- Butter or ghee1 dessert spoon
- Rice Flour to taste
- Mix the ingredients and blend until smooth. I used 1 and a half cup of powdered milk. The yeast goes last
- Grease one with butter and rice flour, you can use another flour of your choice and bake in an oven at 200 C for about 25 minutes or until golden and risen.
- You can add seasonings like salt and pepper or seeds like sesame
