- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Sour cream (box)1/2 unit(s)
- Cream cheese (150g pot)1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon (juice)2 unit(s)
- Spinach1 cup
- For the sweet potato: Poke holes in the potato with the tip of a knife. Wrap in paper towels, soak and microwave for 5 minutes. Remove and carefully peel, cut into slices of about 1 finger and cut these slices into 1 finger sticks. Place in a shape, without overlapping and put on them a thread of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread it out well (if you have a cooking brush it helps a lot, otherwise you can use your hands). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and it's done.
- For the sour cream: Whip the cream (or almonds), cream cheese, lemon juice, spinach and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
