- Taioba (cooked)5 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Olive oil1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wheat1 cup
- Egg (for breading)1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs or panko (for breading)2 cup
- Stuffing of your choice (I made c meat (pork) in a pot)300 g
- Oil for frying1/2 l
- Chop and cook the taioba with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Drain well and reserve. In a pan, heat the oil, brown the garlic, onion and add the taioba, sauté for about 2 min. (Note: if the taioba does not add water, add 3 tablespoons of milk or water.) Add the wheat and mix well until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Turn the dough over, solve for about 2 min. Open, place the stuffing (of your preference) pass through the egg, breadcrumbs / panko and fry in hot oil.
