- Granulated tapioca flour250 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- grated curd cheese250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil1 to taste
- Heat the milk and when it is hot, turn off the heat and add the cheese, tapioca and salt to taste, stir until a dough forms.
- Grease a shape and spread the dough so that it has a certain height and then cut it into cubes.
- Take it to the fridge or with the form covered by aluminum foil for 3 hours or to the freezer for an hour.
- Remove from the fridge and cut the dough into cubes, fry in oil or place in the oven until golden.
