- Red, yellow and green peppers3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- paprika to taste

- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- I left the chickpeas to soak overnight. Drain the water and reserve, cut the pepperoni into slices and fry in oil until golden, add the chopped garlic and mix well. I added the onion and peppers, the seasonings and sautéed well.
- Add the drained chickpeas and hot water to cover, cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes. After that time I added the sliced carrots, cooked for 10 minutes and added the cubed potato and cooked for another 10 minutes. I ended up with a green scent. Note: I didn't use a pressure cooker, I made it in a normal pot.
