- English Potato600 g
- Cold water*2 cup
- Salt (for cooking the potatoes)1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut them however you like. It can be in sticks, cubes...
- In a pan, place the cut potatoes and cover with ice water. Add salt for cooking.
- Cook the potatoes until you can pierce them with a fork without straining. This can take approximately 15 minutes, but do the fork test. When they reach the point, drain the potatoes and transfer to a tray
- Drizzle the potatoes with the oil and add the rosemary, thyme, sweet paprika, black pepper and salt. You can also use other spices you have at home. Mix well
- Bake the potatoes at 180°C for 40 minutes. Turn the potatoes halfway through so that both sides are evenly cooked. When you turn off the oven, leave the potatoes for an additional 5 minutes in the oven, this ensures that they are even crispier.
- Serve with chopped parsley and your favorite sauce.
