- Arborio rice1 cup
- Onion1/2 tablespoon
- Garlic1/2 tablespoon
- White wine1/2 cup
- Beef/chicken broth1 l
- Butter1/2 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella40 g
- Parmesan20 g
- Bacon50 g
- Salt to taste
- boil the broth
- Fry the bacon and set aside
- Saute garlic and onion in bacon oil
- Add rice and stir
- Add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
- Add a ladle of stock to the rice, cover and wait for it to dry. Repeat the process until the broth runs out.
- When adding the last ladle of broth, add the butter, cheeses and bacon
- Serve
