- Slices of Italian bread10 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Skinless Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil of your choice2 tablespoon
- Basil leaves cup (tea)1/4 cup
- Heat a frying pan and place the slices of bread until lightly browned on both sides.
- Peel the garlic and rub it on the Italian bread.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and discard the seeds. Roughly chop them.
- Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and add the torn basil leaves.
- Distribute between the slices of bread. If desired, drizzle with more oil. Serve immediately.
