- cherry tomato500 g
- Minced garlic clove5 unit(s)
- Olive oil to cover the tomatoes1 cup
- Rosemary (small twig)1 unit(s)
- Basil leaves6 unit(s)
- Salt to taste to taste
- Pepper to taste to taste
- Add all the washed and dried tomatoes, in a roast or container of your choice that can go in the oven. Add the oil, salt, garlic, rosemary, basil and pepper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°. Baking time approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool, add preferably in a glass container with a lid and put it in the fridge. It's great to eat with bruschetta, pasta, salad or toast.
