- Olive oil to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri2 tablespoon
- Curry1 tablespoon
- Dried Basil2 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Parsley2 tablespoon
- After washing and drying well, place the tomatoes upright and cut in half.
- In a deep bowl, bathe the tomatoes in olive oil, stirring well so that they are well soaked.
- Toss in the salt, chimichurri, curry, basil and parsley and stir again until the seasonings adhere to the tomatoes, place the mixture on a baking sheet or oven resistant material
- Preheat the oven on maximum power for 5 minutes and then place it at 180 or 190 degrees and leave the tomatoes for 15 minutes or until they are slightly wilted.
