- In a pan with water, cook the tomatoes, let it boil until the tomato starts to open, remove from the water and after cooling a little, chop or hit the blender. In a pan put the butter, garlic and chopped onion to give a golden color, then put the sauce (cooked tomatoes) in the pan and season with oregano, black pepper, sugar, coriander and rosemary, basil and salt to taste and leave on medium heat for another 5 minutes
