- Rice1 cup
- Boiling water2 cup
- Olive oil, salt, pepper and spices to taste
- Cut the onion and tomatoes, without the seeds, into cubes. Place the onion in a pan with a little oil and sauté until golden. Then add the tomatoes, salt and black pepper, stir well and sauté for 5 minutes (low heat).
- Add the tomato paste, rice, water and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir well and cook until the water dries up (normal rice cooking process).
- It's ready, enjoy!
