- Oregano, Chimichurri and Parsley1 to taste
- Hot water1 cup
- I started with the potatoes then peeled and cut them into not too thin slices.
- Then in a pan put the oil, garlic and chopped onion and let it fry a little.
- Then I put the potatoes and seasonings, mix everything very well and added the water.
- I let it cook for about 10 minutes and then just turn off the heat and serve.
