- Emmental cheese200 g
- Gruyere cheese200 g
- White wine2 cup
- Baguette bread1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, grate the cheese and set aside.
- In a pan, add 2 glasses of white wine and heat.
- Once the liquid is hot, add the fresh cheese.
- Stir until the mixture is homogeneous with the help of a fouet. Don't stop stirring until everything is mixed.
- Once finished, add the mixture to the fondue pot. So the cheese doesn't burn, grease the pan with a piece of garlic.
- Cut the baguette into pieces and serve with the founde.
