- Cook the beans under pressure for 10 minutes, open and see if it's cooked, but don't let it cook too much to the point of forming syrup, it's al dente.
- While the beans are cooking, in a pan, fry the bacon in the oil, the pepperoni, garlic and onion, in the same order.
- After the beans are cooked, drain the water and mix in the pan with the bacon, and use the mixture with the cabbage. If the beans are dry, add a little more oil.
- Fry the eggs well fried and mix everything with the flour. Other seasonings and pepper to taste.
