- Beans of your choice500 g

- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Kale to taste
- Salt to taste
- Diced Bacon to taste
- Pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Plantain5 unit(s)
- Raw cassava flour1 cup
- Butter to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Paprika to taste
- Cook the beans in a sautéed garlic, onion, salt and paprika. Remember to cook without letting it get too soft, cook for 15 to 20 minutes only.
- Cut and chop all the ingredients.
- Fry bacon and pepperoni in a large pan. In a skillet, make the scrambled eggs.
- In the fried bacon and pepperoni pan, add the onion and garlic to brown. Add butter and paprika, add flour and stir well.
- Add all the ingredients and the beans without the broth (seed only)
- Mix everything, hit the salt and finish with fried banana.
- The perfect accompaniment to your barbecue!
