- 500 g of cooked carioquinha beans to taste
- 1 ladle of oil to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic to taste
- 200 g of cassava flour to taste
- 200 chopped bacon to taste
- 200 g of chopped pepperoni to taste
- Cook the beans but don't let them soft let them firm
- Fry the bacon and pepperoni together with the onion
- In the dobacon pan put the beans
- mix well
- Season with the suggested seasoning
- Put the flour but don't let the beans dry, they have to be wet
