- Baked beans500 g
- Pepperoni sausage cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Bacon cut into cubes200 g
- Crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- Scrambled eggs4 unit(s)
- Sliced Kale to taste
- Roasted and ground cassava flour1.1/2 cup
- Salt, pepperoni, hot paprika, black pepper, parsley to taste
- Cook the beans and pay attention to the point. It should be firm but cooked through.
- In a large pan, brown the pepperoni and bacon.
- Once golden, remove from the pan and use the residual fat to brown the onion and garlic.
- Return the sausage and bacon to the pan, add the beans (don't use the broth!), the cabbage, the eggs, the seasonings and gradually add the flour.
- It's not to be like a farofa, it's to be wet.
