- Wash the beans, put them in a pan to cook with the bay leaf and a little salt and pepper, the beans need to be whole and firm. Approximately 15/20min of pressure. Separate the beans from the broth and reserve both.
- Cut the bacon into cubes, season with salt, heat the oil and fry until golden. Reserve off the fat

- Chop the sausage and bacon into cubes, fry separately and set aside. In the same fat, sauté the garlic and onion, add the beans to the flour and add the ingredients starting with the sausage, bacon, cabbage and banana, always mixing well. If necessary, add a little of the broth you reserved just so it doesn't get too dry. Green scent to taste. Adjust salt and pepper
