- Boiled and drained carioca beans500 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Garlic6 unit(s)
- Cabbage bunch1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni sausage150 g
- Diced Bacon150 g
- Shredded beef250 g
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Cassava flour1 cup
- Chives1/2 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the oil and place the beaten eggs, let it fry and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until they release the aroma and add the cabbage and set aside. Fry the bacon and add the sausage and dried meat already shredded and cooked. Let it fry until crispy or to your liking. Add the ingredients that were reserved to this pan, stir well, add the beans and flour and stir everything very well. Season with chives and parsley. Serve with rice and fried egg. Good appetite.
