- Baked beans500 g
- Bacon300 g
- Thick pepperoni sausage300 g
- Fine pepperoni sausage200 g
- Cassava flour250 g
- Onion1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Egg3 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Chili pepper1 to taste
- Oil of your choice1 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop the Bacon, the white onion, the pepperoni sausages and the green smell in cubes or your preference is set aside.
- In a large pan add a drizzle of oil and add the chopped bacon and let it fry over medium heat.
- When the Bacon is starting to brown, open a space in the center of the pan and add the 3 eggs, as soon as all the egg whites are white, mix the Bacon in the egg and let it fry for a few more moments and keep stirring.
- Now add together the bank and the egg, the thin and thick pepperoni, the white onion and the garlic, let them fry for about 5 minutes and stir well
- Now add the beans, stir everything and then add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix for about 3 minutes and it's ready. Finish by adding the green smell and pout pepper to decorate
