- Beans500 g
- Bacon250 g
- Calabrian sausage250 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Chili Pepper1/2 cup
- Sliced medium onion1 unit(s)
- Ground Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Cassava Flour200 g
- Chopped parsley and chives to taste
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Cook the beans in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes and drain, set aside
- In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, fry the bacon and set aside
- In the same pan, fry the pepperoni sausage and set aside
- Make the scrambled eggs in a non-stick skillet and set aside
- In the pan in which you fried the sausage and bacon, add more extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic and chopped onion
- Add the beans and sauté for about 5 minutes, gradually add the cassava flour
- Add the bacon, the pepperoni sausage, the pout peppers, the parsley and chives and the egg and mix well.
- Store in GrowPack Packaging in the fridge or serve immediately 😉
