- Fish of choice (tuna)150 g
- Avocados3 unit(s)
- Sesame oil to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Wasabi to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fleur de sel to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Shoyu to taste
- Cut the fish into cubes (not too small) and store in a jar with ice or in the fridge.
- Mayonnaise: Beat the avocado in the mixer with all the ingredients (except fleur de sel) and test the taste. Adjust according to personal taste.
- To season the fish: a little shoyu, black pepper, olive oil and finally fleur de sel.
