- Sauce preparation: In a pan, place the sausages without the skin, let them fry well and then add the garlic and onion, sauté and add the paprika and tomato sauce, adjust the salt and it's ready.
- Puree preparation: Cook the potatoes and remove the skin, mash them with a fork while still hot to make it easier.
- In a pan put the butter, garlic and onion and sauté well, add the potato and milk mix until creamy and hit the salt.
- Mounting: On a platter, place the sausage sauce, the mashed potatoes and on top of the mozzarella and oregano to taste.
- Place in the oven to brown.
