Tutu a Minas Gerais with bacon and sausage

Na panela de pressão  Cozinhe o feijão com carne seca ,água, 1 linguiça cortada em cubos e o bacon por 45 minutos 

In the pressure cooker Cook the beans with jerky, water, 1 sausage cut into cubes and the bacon for 45 minutes

Retira da pressão  tempere com alho oleo , tempero misto e  coentro.  Deixe ferver por 5 minutos.

Remove from pressure season with garlic oil, mixed seasoning and cilantro. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Agora vamos bater no liquidificador  esse feijão todo com tudo q está dentro.

Depois dele todo batido, leve a uma panela ainda fora do fogo vá adicionando farinha de mesa, leve ao fogo e continue adicionando aos pouco a  farinha ate q engrosse, Cuidado para não empelotar .  Deixe bem grossinho .
