- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Natural yogurt2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Place them in a sieve and over a bowl. Add the salt over the cucumber and let it dehydrate for 10 minutes. Chop and crush the garlic clove. Chop the mint leaves. Wash the cucumbers to remove excess salt, then squeeze well to remove excess water. In a bowl, add the yogurt, chopped mint, garlic and cucumber slices. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with toast or flatbread!
