- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil150 ml
- Filtered water300 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Dried shrimp100 g
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 min. After beaten, take it to a pan and keep stirring until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan and get a good consistency. Be sure to stir so it doesn't burn. Then turn off the heat and set aside.
- On a platter, place the vatapá while it is still hot and garnish with some large shrimp. Just serve 👏🏼
