- Make the mixed base by grinding the onion, ginger, chestnut, peanut, pepper in a blender and set aside.
- Also grind the breads and coconut milk separately in a blender. Fry the mixed bottom in palm oil until it releases from the pan and add the bread mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. If necessary add more palm oil and a little water to adjust the desired consistency. Finish with cilantro and whole prawns, if desired.
