- Chopped skinless tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Black Olives1/4 cup
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste1 coffee spoon
- Sauté the onion and garlic with the oil and add the broccoli. Let it cook in its own juice for 10 minutes. Add the salt, olives and tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes and use. Sauce for short pasta .
